Thank you for shopping at Cozlino. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're happy to help sort out a return.

Return Window You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return Contact us at cozlino@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you further instructions and a return shipping label.

Return Shipping Costs Cozlino covers the cost of return shipping — you won't need to pay to send the item back.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm the return has been approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away at cozlino@outlook.com with photos. We'll offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Handmade Items Because every Cozlino piece is handmade, small variations from the product photos (yarn shade, texture) may occur — this is not considered a defect.
